In this highly interactive workshop, Derek will teach you how to establish your credibility by following a set of disciplines that will guide your actions and behaviors.

    • Competing priorities can create confusion, inefficiencies, and stress. In this highly interactive workshop, you’ll learn a decision-making methodology that can help determine how to separate Must-Do, Should-Do, and Nice-to-Do tasks. Derek will show you how analyzing your tasks completely can help you prioritize and demonstrate laser-focused behaviors.
